You can cancel your Membership during your trial period and not be charged. MedCircle does not typically offer refunds for paid Memberships. You can cancel your Membership at any time to avoid a future charge.  

There are no additional fees other than your annual or monthly Membership fee. Memberships are billed once a year or once a month, at the start of your subscription cycle. You can easily cancel your Membership before your renewal date to avoid an auto-renewal, if you prefer. If you cancel your membership, there is no guarantee you will be able to rejoin at the same rate or Membership plan.

MedCircle currently does not have any video series eligible for continuing education units (CEUs). This is something we are working to make available in the future.

MedCircle Members can sign-in to their account and access our entire video library on their desktop and tablet, or smartphone at watch.medcircle.com/catalog.

You can also download the MedCircle app for iPhone or Android. Or watch on Roku or Amazon Fire TV.

There are approximately six videos (sessions) in each MedCircle original series. The length of a single video ranges from 10-30 minutes. Each full-length series is about 60-90 min.

Classes are typically 90 minutes. They are recorded and made available in your video library within three days after airing. 

MedCircle is an education company only and does not refer or recommend mental health providers for treatment or therapy of any kind. If you are interested in meeting with a doctor who has appeared on MedCircle, you will need to reach out to that doctor directly.

Absolutely. If you are interested in purchasing multiple Memberships, please contact support@medcircle.com. For group purchases of 10 or more, MedCircle offers a discount and will also assist in delivering these Memberships to your team.
